Welcome to Boston MedFlight. Our moto is, “Your Life, Our Mission”. Boston MedFlight is a nonprofit organization that provides transport to the sickest of the sick, regardless of the patient’s ability to pay. We are called when patients have life-threatening illnesses or injuries and need our critical care expertise and rapid transport to the right facility...immediately.
As a newly hired helicopter pilot for the company, you will be assigned a regular co-pilot, and added to the company assignment roster. It is expected that you are proficient with the rotorcraft you’ll be flying and it’s navigation systems.
Your co-pilot will be responsible for handling all radio communications and provide information during your flights. But as the pilot in command, you will be responsible for “listening to, and carrying out all instructions given”, and flying the aircraft safely.
The assignments included in this package are simple transport flights with built-in audio instructions and radio calls. The package has been through testing, but issues are always possible. I hope you find the add-on enjoyable.

I just updated it manually. He also has some great scenery upgrades for the Boston area that work great with this.

When I extract the files to my community folder and load the sim and go to custom content I do not see the missions. Any idea what could be wrong? Thanks.

This is most usually caused by not having the particular aircraft used in the missions. The BMF mission series is configured to use the HPG H145 by default, which is a pay-ware aircraft. If you do not have this aircraft installed the missions will not appear in the sim. However, I included the "Change BMF Missions.exe" application, which allows users to change the aircraft. The list of aircraft includes the helicopters that come with MSFS, but you can also manually enter an aircraft as well. Let me know if that does not resolve your issue.

This is awesome. Just one question, why did you use the Lawrence base instead of Hanscom which was fully modeled by https://flightsim.to/file/29523/zbw-new-england-boston-area-helipads
