Anfang Februar wurde am Uniklinikum in Erlangen der Dachlandeplatz eröffnet.
Grund genug, diesen auch in den Simulator zu integrieren.
Der Bodenlandeplatz in der Ebrardstraße bleibt vorerst bestehen und wird dann genutzt, wenn der Dachlandeplatz belegt ist.
Da es im Simulator nach wie vor nicht vernünftig möglich ist, "Spawnpunkte" auf Dachlandeplätze zu setzen, gibt es hierfür keinen eigenständigen Flugplatz mit ICAO-Code. Es ist also NICHT möglich auf dem Dachlandeplatz zu spawnen und dann von dort aus zu starten. Dafür eignet sich dann beispielsweise der Bodenlandeplatz (ICAO: UKE) von der Szenerie "Krankenhäuser in Mittelfranken".
Aus diesem Grund wurde stattdessen eine "Star Landmark Location" erstellt mit dem Namen Universitaetsklinikum Erlangen - Dachlandeplatz.

Die heruntergeladene Datei öffnen und den Ordner "chrispiaviation_ukeroof" in den Community-Ordner ziehen.
In february the roof top helipad of the university hospital in Erlangen finally opened.
That's a good "excuse" to implement it in the simulator.
The ground based helipad in the Ebrardstrasse remains opened for operations for now. It will be used if the rooftop helipad is occupied.
Since it's still not possible to make roof tops "spawnable" properly there is no airport with fictional ICAO-Code for this landing site. Therefore it's NOT possible to spawn on the roof top in order to take-off. Instead you can choose the ground based helipad (ICAO: UKE) nearby which is part of the scenery "Central franconian hospitals".
Because of all that a "Star Landmark Location" was created instead, namingly Universitaetsklinikum Erlangen - Dachlandeplatz.

Hallo Chris
Bei der Verlegung eines Patienten vom Klinikum Altmühlfranken Gunzenhausen
ins Universitätsklinikum Erlangen ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Kufen im Pad des UKE versinken.
Zudem wirkt der Bodeneffekt ausschließlich innerhalb des schwarzen Rahmens, welcher das weiße Kreuz umgibt, und umfasst somit nicht das gesamte Pad.
Alles in allem aber ist der Dachlandeplatz eine echte Bereicherung 😊

Ich ziehe meine Reklamation zurück!
Hab' bei der Installation übersehen, dass das Pack "Christoph 31/Berlin" erforderlich ist.
Der Bodeneffekt umfasst nun das gesamte Pad, und die Kufen versinken nicht mehr.
