1D6 - Hector Municipal Airport
Hector Airport is a GA airport in central Minnesota. It has two runways (one paved and one turf). It is a local GA airport which I will be flying to soon in my around the state flights.
Updates to the default were to add missing hangars and ground markings. Seeing that I only use stock scenery objects, I didn't have anything to put in the place of the T-33 which stands at the airport entrance. I put a generic jet in it's place. I know it's not realistic but it's better than a blank pad in my opinion.
Enjoy your flights in MN!
HECTOR!!! What an awesome add! Thank you spidermanMN!
Hector hosts Minnesota's biggest annual fly-in the third weekend of September, which has been taking place the last 77 years!
On a good weather year during the fly-in, they've landed as many as 178 aircraft at this small airfield in a matter of hours and rows of aircraft line the perimeter of the airfield due to limited parking space!
Enjoy HECTOR!

Hope you like it. The airport looks like a great place to visit. I wasn't aware of the fly-in, but the pictures from past years were pretty helpful to try to place objects in the sim. So many cool VFR airfields in the state!
