"Zhǔbì Jiāo," or Subi Reef, is part of the Spratley Islands in the South China Sea. It is owned and operated by the People's Republic of China's People's Liberation Army and is contested by several other nations. The island has been faithfully recreated from satellite images and photographs, studying documents and publications and consulting experts. All relevant elements; the various sensors, radars, the new and old "elephant Cage," the backskatter OTH communications array, point defense stations, horizontal and vertical launch enclosures, storage, distribution and logistics facilities, housing, navigation, everything available about this island has been included. Default MSFS topography does not show the reef, which is integral to the island, so special arrangements have been made to show the reef. It is not perfect and does not show the default wave action.
There are three AI planes that fly between Subi, other local island bases and the mainland. There is the CH-7 drone, the J-20 Flying Dragon and the H-20 bomber. There is also a static Y-20 transport, making the scenery a "20 series" trifecta. There are 10 AI ships that visit the harbor on a regular basis. If you have or download "Little Navmap," you can track and navigate to the AI planes and ships, as well as access many other EFB type functions. It is very difficult to get AI ships in MSFS to dock or move near land, at all. There are some boats that patrol the island and on the leg around the south part of the island, they go completely submerged. There is nothing that can be done to prevent this and if they were moved any further away, there would be no effective patrol, at all. For this reason only the submarine and immense Kunlun Shan loiter in the south harbor, as the approximately 7 foot "settling" is relatively unnoticed. The static fishing fleets in the south harbor are not affected by the issue.
There is a representation of the BRP Sierra Madre located at it's real world coordinates in Second Thomas Shoal that ships from this package regularly visit and patrol. If you have or download Henrik Nielsen's excellent Global AI Ship Traffic package, it will add to the local shipping traffic and a few more static fishing boats on the reef.
Subi and the SCS has always fascinated ever since before uploading Pagasa Island scenery in 2014 for FSX. With grateful thanks to Arno Gerritsen, Dick Rhumbaflappy Ludowise, Jon Scruffy Duck Masterson, Christian Bahr, Don Gadgets Grovestein (dec), and all the developers and contributors at FSDeveloper for making this possible.

The scenery is very good, but the huge memory occupation makes me flinch.

Thank you for commenting. The scenery has been carefully optimized to take advantage of Asobo's efficiency algorithms. All models feature complexity levels that reduce render loads.
The download may seem big, but the scenery runs smoothly and I apologize that I could not get it out to you with less bulk.

“渚碧”一名是翻译英国海图中的“Subi”一名而来,但这个名字却是英国调查船请教中国渔民,得知这环礁叫做“丑未”而来。“丑未”一名是由于这个环礁是在中业岛的西南方。中国渔民常到此拾取 马蹄螺 ,称此礁为丑未(中国海南音Subi),故英文名Subi Reef 实由此而来。

beautiful scenery, let’s not discuss politics on this forum. Where Chinese flags belong or don’t belong is a question of other fora

I think that this add-on should not have a flag, let alone Chinese flag.

Only through hardships and twists and turns, struggle and sweat in history, can human beings deeply experience the meaning of struggle and the joy of success.
