Here's a repaint of the (payware) Virtualcol E-Jets cockpit. I wasn't impressed by the original textures so decided to tweak them while we wait for the very promissing freeware alternative. At first I didn't bother, but as the months went by, I figured it might be somewhat worth it since it takes long to get new addons.
It's not great, but will get better later on.
To install: drop the contents of the zip into the community folder
To uninstall: remove the" virtualcol-aircraft-emb170-new cockpit " folder from the community folder
*Use only one vc repaint package at a time
Aircraft is available on simmarket and the above mentioned marketplace in-game, just a heads up, do read the reviews before you buy so you make the informed decision as it is not the best in quality.
Happy flying !

If only someone fixed the garbage plane itself also :/ Nice TLC fix though.

Thank you so much for this, Charlotte! This texture pack improved the VC so much!
VirtualCol's Embraers aren't the best, but I still enjoy flying it since the E-Jets are my favorite planes. Out of curiosity, would this work with the E190/195 as well? If not, any chance that we can see a similar texture pack for them?
Thanks again, you rock!

Thanks for the feedback! It does work with the 190/195 by just copying the texture folder from the 170 or 175 (both identical) to the 190 and 195. I will probably do a separate package to have it drag and drop as well for those of us who don't want to mess with folders. Cheers!

Thanks so much for doing this, it's worth it just for the eyebrow panel not to mention the rest of it. I might actually fly the thing now.

Good to see someone tackling this. Honestly they look way too bright IMO.
Some before/after shots would probably be good as well as I can't really tell what you've done. I think I can tell but I'm not sure.

That's a good idea actually ! I agree with you and that's what I did. The textures are darker on the dashboard, overhead and pedestal which were far too bright. I toned down the scratches that were comically exagerated in places and the blue-ish colors look more natural. Will update the pics, thanks for the feedback !
