Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines is an urban community in France, in the Yvelines department , west of Versailles. It owes its name to the Saint-Quentin chapel, in which rested the remains of Saint Quentin, a chapel located on the site of the current leisure center, the site of which was chosen to become the center of a new town . According to the 2016 population census, the agglomeration has 229,369 inhabitants (Saint-Quentinois), for an area of 12,008 hectares, or a density of 1,910 inhabitants/km2 .
The establishment of the new town was decided in 1965. In 1972, the perimeter of the new town of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines was defined, comprising eleven municipalities:

-Magny-les-Hameaux

This pack does NOT contain a full photogrammetry extract of the city in order to keep acceptable size and performances for lower configurations. It contains the following mods:
-Résidences Le Viaduc and les Arcades du Lac: They are part of the program designed by the architect Ricardo Bofill which associates around an artificial lake two large boulevards and a set of mixed housing, mixing suburban housing in home ownership and social housing. Nicknamed the "Versailles of the people", they combine a "Viaduct" imitating the great bridges of Avignon, the Château de Chenonceau or the Roman aqueduct of Segovia. This mod contains a POI for the Lac de la Sourderie upon which the Viaduc is built.
-Le Temple du Lac: The counterpart of the arcade du Lac was built in 1984 on the other side of the lake in the municipality of Voisins-le-Bretonneux. Ricardo Bofill was inspired by classical Greek architecture for this ensemble which contains a hundred of social housing.
-Centre Aquatique du lac: this is a recent intercommunal site created by the municipalities of Montigny-le-Bretonneux and Voisins-le-Bretonneux. It is aimed at all audiences who appreciate its slides, its relaxation area with an outdoor spa and its fitness area.
-Vélodrome de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines: also called the National Velodrome, it is located in Montigny-le-Bretonneux. It opened to the public on Jan. 13, 2014. The French Cycling Federation has its headquarters there and the French team its training center. The velodrome is the main equipment of this new complex, which has a second arena suitable for BMX events . These Olympic-standard facilities host national and international competitions.
-Mairie de Montigny-le-Bretonneux: Designed by architect Henri Beauclair, the City Hall of Montigny-le-Bretonneux was inaugurated on May 29, 1987, replacing the old town hall-school of the village.
-Bouygues Challenger: Challenger, housing the headquarters of Bouygues Construction , was built in 1988 in Guyancourt. The design of Challenger was entrusted to architect Kevin Roche by Francis Bouygues, the founder of the Bouygues construction group. The project management was provided by Kevin Roche , American architect and winner of the Pritzker Prize in 1982, associated with the architect Roger Saubot . The building covers 68,000 m 2 of floor space in a 30 hectare park. In 2011, the site accommodates 3,300 employees who have at their disposal three hairdressers working full time, a gym and self-service electric bicycles.
Starting 2008, a renovation of the site was undertaken in order on the one hand to divide the energy consumption of the building by 10 and on the other hand to present a showcase of technologies linked to sustainable development for Bouygues partners and customers. More than 21,500 m2 of photovoltaic panels were installed. After this renovation, Challenger produces 75.5 kWh / m² / year of photovoltaic solar energy and the site produces, over a year, more electricity than it consumes, selling the surplus to Electricité de France.

En effet. Elle est malheureusement complètement absente dans le jeu original, applatie sous la surface du lac.
